01 About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of vistaar.space and to enquiries you make with Vistaar.space (“Vistaar”, “we”, “us”), based in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02 Our services

We design and build websites, online stores, micro apps and content for businesses. Every project is governed by a written proposal or quote that describes its scope, timeline and price. If anything in that proposal differs from these Terms, the proposal applies to that project.

03 Prices and quotes

All prices shown on this website — including package prices, “from” prices, the instant estimator and project spotlight figures — are starting prices. The final price may vary depending on your requirements.

Prices exclude GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Estimates shown by the estimator are indicative only and are not an offer. A price becomes binding only when it is confirmed in a written quote.

“Market rate” figures on project spotlight pages are typical ranges charged by Indian digital agencies for comparable work and are provided for reference only.

04 Payments

Payments are due as per the schedule in your quote. We may pause work while a payment is overdue.

Third-party costs — such as domain names, hosting, paid plugins, fonts, stock media and payment-gateway fees — are paid by the client or billed at cost, unless your quote says otherwise.

05 Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all content you give us for your project (logos, text, images, product data and so on), and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break any law. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content.

06 Ownership

Once your project is paid for in full, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you.

We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your project. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may show your project in our portfolio.

07 This website’s content

The design, text, graphics and code of vistaar.space belong to Vistaar and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Client names, logos and websites shown in our work belong to their respective owners.

08 Third-party links and services

This website links to live client websites and uses third-party services (such as font and script providers). We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third-party websites and services.

09 Disclaimer and liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vistaar is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

For any project, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mangalore, Karnataka.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
